I have never used a supplement for my PCOS journey bc doctors put me on metformin and OCPs. As one who doesn’t like these types of meds, a friend of mine suggested that I use this product. I went in thinking that, “Why not, it may not even work.” After two weeks of taking the required doses of this powder, I had my first menstrual cycle in two months. I was shocked. I am so impressed and also feel relieved that I found something that works. I highly recommend this product bc it’s not as costly as the others, and it seems to work!

This product is definitely working. The progress is not immediate but I believe that continued use will really have a significant impact. The first few days I experienced heavy bloating and fatigue but it has since passed. I started take the product 16 days ago, prior to use I had been spotting non-stop for months. Within the first week the spotting lightened then stopped for 1-2 days, then came back but heavier almost like a true period with cramping which I normally never have, after a week of heavier spotting/period it has ceased and I have now not had any spotting for over 2 days. I think this will only keep improving my symptoms, also my sugar cravings have significantly reduced. I also have a fiend who after months without periods took this product and had one 2 weeks later, she recommended the product. Give it a try ladies (give it at least a month or two), I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I wanted to love this so much, competitively to Ovasitol, however, it didn’t do anything for me. When on Ovasitol, my periods were regular and I noticed a big change with my symptoms. With this, I’m not sure why, my periods stopped again for 6 months (I gave this 6 months for results). The moment I went back on Ovasitol after one month, periods came right back.
I give it two stars for the price. This is way more affordable and I can honestly appreciate that.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this. Doesn’t mean it won’t work for others though. PCOS can effect everyone differently.
