I'm writing this from a Vegan PoV for any vegans looking to get this!! 🌱🐇
Only realized after I bought it. The D3 is Lanolin based derived from Sheeps Fur / Mutton industry. Otherwise this would've been a perfectly Vegan supplement. I wish they just used Lichen derived D3 and made it Vegan / Vegetarian instead. Such a small change to appeal to a larger demographic, & be fully compassionate / acquire a certification. And vegan D3 has gotten affordable enough to not have to scale up the price very much.
For this price tag you're getting a lot though. This supplement has a lot of minerals / micro nutrients that other vegan supplements / or even other supplements in general do not have Like Iodine, Molybdenum, Copper, Citrate, Choline, Lutein…
Vegan specific supplements tend to be overpriced and don't contain some of the trace minerals / nutrients this one has. I can't afford that. And so I'm really on the fence about spending 3x more for a vegan option… I've since reached out to them, and got a reply from their product director about forwarding my message and considering a vegan option. (Fingers crossed 🤞)
It meets my B12 needs so there's no necessity to get a separate B12 supplement if you have this daily as a vegan (you need only 3mcg a day, this has 30mcg, vegan supplements are 1000mcg usually).
The only things it doesn't have (and most multivitamins don't) is Omega 3 & 6 ie; DHA (most potent form) / EPA / ALA (less potent forms). If that's something you want to supplement as a vegan, you have to go for an Algae oil based supplement and get ~300mg DHA, or just have your Flax seed powder, Hemp seeds, Chia, Omega-3 based oils, or Walnuts often for EPA / ALA (your body will convert it to DHA, but ensure you get 150-200% (2 grams) since the conversion rate is lower). Do that and you're good!

This is the most complete multi vitamin & mineral capsule I have seen, even with high amounts of vitamin B's which is unusual. Also very absorbable not only because it is in a capsule (not a hard unabsorbable tablet) but also because it is also from a natural superfood source of whole vegetables & fruits…..plus excellent price!

I have tried more than one Multi vitamin for women and couldn't find the right one. I am trying the Webber Naturals and I find they are helping me greatly. Word of advice don't take unless your doctor prescribes them for you.
