THESE DO NOT WORK!! Tried these as a cheaper alternative to Lacteeze and because most reviews said they worked great. NOT! I got gut pains and diarrhea like I haven't had in quite some time (and yes I did take it as directed). I was doubled over and it took hours to go through my system. Leaving me exhausted and weak. Never again!!! Going back to Lacteeze which works every time. Lesson learned.
