I've been taking K2 for over one year. I have noticed improved circulation in my legs. It is supposed to move calcium from your blood to your bones and I assume will strengthen your bones. Since I have not tried to break my bones I cannot attest to stronger bones. One caution on vitamins A,D,E and K is they are fat soluble. This means they will be stored in your cells and only used as required. At some level these vitamins can become toxic and can lead to problems with confusion, hair loss, liver damage and bone loss. For adults the recommended daily dose is 100 to 300 micro-grams. I take the K2 MK7 type. As I stated previously K1 and K2 are not the same. K1 is known for its blood clotting ability so if you take blood thinners it is not advised to take the K1. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor of any kind.

These vitamin K2 capsules are of high quality and easy to swallow. The plastic bottle that stores the pills could be smaller, though, as there were a lot of extra space in the bottle.
