These peelers are nice and sharp and the handles are great and extremely comfortable to use. Washup is easy. They peel through butternut squash so easily (my zyliss did not do the job on thick peel vegetables), so purchased these and I do not regret. Definitely would recommend this product even though the price point seems high, it is worth it. They also come in a nice storage box.

I had the same basic potato peeler for 20+ years, then mysteriously lost 3 in 6 months. I hated all of them for different reasons. I took a chance on this pair, and I'm glad I did.
First, they are beautiful. Second, they feel great…hefty but not heavy and so well balanced that holding them is effortless. Finally, they are very sharp and take the barest minimum of peel off the vegetable.
I grew up accustomed to the stick style of peeler, and this one works quite well, but the Y-shaped one is a game-changer.
Did I mention that they're sharp? Mind your fingers and nails when using these peelers…don't ask me how I know.
