I never thought I would so much in love with a dish rack 🙈😅 I really like it! while reading the reviews of others, I was a bit surprised to see so much enthusiasm but now, I have joined them 😁
It's made of good quality plastic, it's aesthetically pleasant, it is convenient to use (except for the cup addition), and it's fun to watch! I like to watch how the water goes down the spout 😆 It holds well heavy cutting boards such as one by Ikea.
I would still like to see two improvements: do something smarter with the cup holder and make the hole rim edges smoother.
The water coming from the cup holder does not go into the tray and just drips on the counter 😒
The drain rim is not quite smooth and the water tends to accumulate around it rather than drain down right away.
Still, I like the rack very much and I am happy I bought it 😄

Bought this dish rack for the kitchen at work, we have a lot of staff therefore lots of dishes. The cup holders on the side are the best part I feel, along with keeping the utensils in their own separate drying area. It’s super sturdy and has a good draining system. Counters are never wet.

Easy to clean, easy to assemble. Looks really nice and holds a lot of dishes.
I’ve got a mat underneath in case the drain hole leaks (so far no issues). Note that the cutlery tray and the extra rack for cups do not perfectly drain into the drain tray – Another great reason the have a mat underneath. I expected this based on reading reviews and it doesn’t bother me in the least.

Great drying rack – I replaced our older one with this, and it's been much better. I like that it has a sectioned knife slot for drying knives. It also doesn't leave a mucky residue on the bottom (like other drying racks we had in the past), drains well, and is very sturdy. Would recommend.

I really like the design of this, it doesn't look cheap and the utensil holder has specific knife slots which made this an easy choice for me as knives can get chipped sitting with other utensils. It's heavy, solid, and sturdy. The drainage is also well-designed and can be adjusted to be discreet and non-obstructive. My only gripe is that the base piece could have been silicone so it would be nonstick and nonslip.

Was very excited to get a new black dish rack. Unfortunately, this is a piece of junk. It does not drain properly and leaks all over your counter. The utensil holder/dryer only clips onto the outside and not over the bottom tray, so that leaks too. To top it all off the bottom slats, started falling off the bottom within a week of use. Very poorly made. Sadly, I missed return window as it was for our cabin and we started using a couple months after ordering and thus, did not know how bad it was. Really wish I could get my money back for this piece of garbage.

We have had this dish rack for a year and a half. We really like the functionality of the design, but the main flaw is that in the time we have had it, some of the metal bars that are the base of the rack have started to disconnect from the frame. They have been pushed in from the bottom so over time, the weight of dishes have made the bars come loose. They can be pushed back in; but now need some epoxy to hold them in place.
