We used this bag once and unfortunately the retractable handle would not extend all the way. We returned the item.

Gifted this set to a friend who did not have a carry-on bag. Unfortunately, this came scuffed but with no other structural damage. This is a great set overall, as the suitcase itself is sturdy, expands, and has 'all-wheel drive' and an extendable handle. The duffle and toiletry bag is made with a cheaper material but does the job well.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely do not recommend buying this set!! I was a little skeptical when I first ordered it. Then I received it and discovered such awful quality and such disappointment!! The inside lining of the carry on is like crinkle paper. The other 2 pieces had creases inside that looked like they would just rip through. I don’t recommend buying this at all!!

It looks great! Everything is works very well until you put your things inside. Then the wheels don't work so well. It works well pulling or pushing the normal way, but if you try to go sideways with it full of items, it doesn't do so well! Be careful too, The airlines are changing the carry-ons sizes and this is about an inch too tall because they count the wheels now. And about an inch too wide around. My daughter got through the airline with it but they may crack down later on in the year with the new rules that They have made and others are soon to follow. Different sizes for different airlines.
