It has been used in many parts of the world. From the winds of Chicago and Sapporo to the sun and rain of Singapore and Athens, and one thing is consistent, it held up well despite the small size. It is very handy and it fits into small bags. The build quality is top notch and is very easy to use. Great value for money. I would definitely buy again, that is, if mine breaks down.

Very lightweight and compact, making it easy to throw in your bag and carry around. It’s not strong enough for high wind conditions but it’s fine for typical rainstorms in New York City. I’ve had heavy duty umbrellas in the past that were designed for high wind conditions but they added a lot of weight to my purse and eventually broke. The reality is that collapsible umbrellas will not last forever, and so you may as well get one that’s portable and won’t injure your back from carrying around.

It looks sturdy, it's easy to open and close. It's smaller than I expected and may be able to cover two small persons, but ok for 1 person.
