Delicious balsamic vinegar starts with great grapes— Thoughtfully’s balsamic vinegars are crafted from Italian grapes including the Ancellotta, Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Fortana, Sangiovese, Montuni and Albana varieties. Great to use for marinades, dressings, glazes and for dipping.
Our balsamic vinegars come from Modena, Italy and undergo strict production methods and standards required for soil to table and Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) labeling. The balsamic vinegar is harvested in the Emilia Romagna region, aged in oak barrels for 2+ months and blended before bottling to ensure a perfect balance in every drop.
