Package arrived on time. Box was sealed very well and the Sweet n Low packets were well packed. Counted them with help from my grandkids and there were 10 more than the amount stated. I bought the 500 container of Sweet and Lo, thinking that 1500 was far too many even tho the price was better per packet. Didn't realize that there was no manufacturers product of 500, so that it wouldn't come in a box. I received a cardboard box filled with loose packets. Clearly I'm not going to count every packet but am not happy not knowing if I got the number of packets for which I paid. The 1500 packet I believe, has it's own box (did when I used to buy it in Costco), that would be the better way to buy it, my mistake. This looks like the seller broke up 1500 pack box and re-sold it above the per packet price, which is okay, but it should have been stated on the ad.

Came in a plain plastic bag no fancy boxes it appeared to be sweet and low. I’ve had no problems with it.

Wonderful!! For those of you complaining about clumps? It’s due to the heat, not the person you bought the product from. For example, the delivery guy gave me my box and it was soooo hot!! I took my “bags” of sweetener in the house right away and noticed that they too were so warm that the bags themselves were starting to develop slight moisture inside.
Heat + sweet once cooled = clumping
Luckily my sweet n low packets were not compromised because I was home when they were delivered and took them out of the bags.

The product speaks for itself, PROS: it you need the pink packets because you are diabetic or on weightless these are for you; CONS: it comes to you in cardboard box…no inner plastic, not even a baggie – just little packets tossed in there – had I not been home, the box would have gotten wet on my doorstep – second issue is that I decided to count them! Someone has to! I counted them twice and came up with only 426 packets of product when there should have been 500 packets as advertised, so I paid for 74 packets that were not in the box.
