The quality on this set is not exceptional but fully functional. The twist locking mechanism is a little finicky and I would prefer having the traditional latch instead.
The included tip is really just the screwed on rubber foot and the cap, just with 3 set up methods for different conditions, which is good to have. But there's no easy way to put them away, making it easy to lose them whenever dismounted.
The value of this product is alright and similar to other aluminum poles in this category, and I can mostly recommend this as a simple and cheap set of poles.

I got these for my daily walks and weekly hikes, and I am very pleased with how these performed on my latest hike. Firstly, they are easily and highly adjustable, I just unscrew them, adjust them to the length I want and screw them back in. They hold up strong, im 185lbs and I put all my weight and strength into it and it didnt collapse or budge at all. It has a wrist strap that I dont use as its not comfortable and does chafe the skin, but it does com with one. The handles on this one are awesome, its easier on the hands and wrists and arms compared to a straight walking stick, however, with this one, you can use it both ways as it also has a grip on the straight side to be used that way. This one reminds me of my grandfathers walking cane and its comfortable to use for longer distances. It came with a couple extra "heads" for different surfaces, and for hiding I found the straight pokey one to be the best.
They are lightweight too as its made out of aluminum and even after a 3hr hike I was still comfortable with using it.
The quality is good, a solid 4/5, but the strap doesnt work well.
Overall, id give it a 4/5 stars as it feels well made, its holding up strong, its easily adjustable and can be used like a walking cane or with my hands straight depending on the incline of the surface.

✳️ UTILIDAD:
Utilizar un bastones para senderismo ayuda a reducir los impactos que pueden sufrir las articulaciones, en especial las rodillas. Vienen con un muelle de absorción de impactos.
Cuando sales al monte sueles ir más cargado de lo habitual, por lo que es conveniente ayudarte de unos bastones.
También nos ayudan a mejorar la estabilidad y el equilibrio, reduciendo los posibles resbalones.
📖 ALTURA:
Llevarlos a la altura de la cintura puede ser una buena medida y a partir de ahí, ajustar un poco más según tu comodidad.
Para ser un poco más técnicos, en webs especializadas recomiendan multiplica tu altura por 0,67 y el resultado redondearlo a la medida más próxima a un múltiplo de 5, puesto que los bastones vienen con la regla en tramos de 5cm.
Ejemplo: para una persona que mida 175cm: 175×0,67=117,25 que se podría redondear a 115 que es la medida más próxima. Otra opción, es que ajustes a ojo a 117, más o menos la mitad entre la medida de 115 -120
✳️ RECOMENDACIÓN
En los ascensos se recomienda reducir la longitud de los bastones, según el desnivel de la pendiente, para mantener el cuerpo en un posición recta.
En los descensos se recomienda aumentar la longitud de los bastones.
En ambos casos la longitud a modificar de los bastones podría estar entre 5 y 8 cm que te ayudará a realizar el desnivel de una manera más cómoda.
Y si caminas flanqueando una ladera se puede aumentar la longitud del bastón que apoya en la parte más baja de la ladera y disminuir la del que apoya en la parte más alta.
8️⃣ VALORACIÓN:
Bastones de trekking perfectos para la nueva temporada de salir al monte.
Se ven unos bastones rígidos, resistentes, con buenos acabados y calidad. Como todos modelos, son telescópicos, pudiéndose ajustar a diferentes alturas. Válidos para mayores y pequeños. Vienen con una asa de para llevarlos sujetas a la muñeca y que no se te pierdan por un desnivel.
Ajustarlos es sencillo, basta con girar cada tramo del barín en sentido anti horario y luego ajustar la altura. Después hay que volver a girar en sentido horario y queda buen firme sin que se deslice con la presión del apoyo.
Vienen con bolsa de trasporte y varias puntas intercambiables. Son ligeros a la hora de llevarlos y muy útiles para salir al monte. Una vez te acostumbras a llevarlos, ya no puedes salir sin ellos.
Para nuestro uso, no intensivo, son unos bastones que cumplen perfectamente con su función.

Unos batones de senderismo con una buena relación calidad/precio, de lo más económico y que más me convenció por Amazon.
Bonito diseño y resistentes.

le réglage de la hauteur s'effectue en tournant la tige et le serrage est très bon.
Replié, le bâton est un peu long et prend de la place dans le sac à dos.
Concernant l'utilisation:
– comme une canne, pas de problème.
– comme des bâtons de marche, l'espace en mousse pour les mains est insuffisant. Dommage et c'est inconfortable.
Globalement, parfait pour de petite randonnée.
