flavor: after trying original, chocolate and strawberry, I can say that strawberry is definitely the best tasting. doesn't have that weird chalky taste like chocolate and original have.
value: it's alright, its the best bottled choice for a canadian meal replacement imo but we don't have many other options. it can get pretty expensive if you need more calories than the average person, as 1 bottle is only 400 calories.
I just wish us canadians could get more flavors here 🙁

Overall for a meal replacement/protein shake it tastes great, is easy to store and bring with you wherever you're going! You do get what you pay for hence the price.
It's overall a good product you pay the premium for, would be nice if you could order 1 to try before committing $65 to the whole dozen!

I'm about 230 lbs weight and this can easily hold for 4~ hours for me. I'm now replacing my breakfast and dinner with this and doesn't feel any uncomfortable.

I've tried all flavors available in Canada now, the strawberry is the best but not always. Chocolate is consistently decent, mocha is palatable but I found it also gritty, strawberry can be the best tasting in one bottle and almost flavorless in the next.

My order was unfortunately opened before I recieved it and taped shut. Also one of the bottles was upside down and has no expiry date which is odd.
