They were very soft upon arrival. After using them for just one week I woke up with terrible sleep, neck pain and a headache. The one pillow I was using more than the other was so stiff compared to the one I barely touched. There was a noticeable difference. These are terrible quality please search around for better. Not worth your time

I have used Bamboo pillows before and I absolutely love them . I like the fact that they can be washed. These ones are good quality. The issue is they sent the wrong size. I ordered Queen and received standard. They look funny on the bed and are to small all for the cases. Not what I am used to sleeping with. I guess I can live with them
