I find it hard to sleep because I have neck and back issues but also if I have support then a firm pillow or medium pillow gives me headaches so I am in a bit of a conundrum. I slept like a baby so it seems to be perfect for now, I don’t know how long it’ll last, but I had the best sleep. I’ve had in a long time. The packing
L O L it comes in its regular plastic gray wrap inside the two pillows are wrapped in minimum 15 layers of plastic then once you get that open, each pillow is in 15 layers of plastic then once you get that open, it’s in a vacuum sealed pack rolled up and it’s no more than maybe 5 cm thick I don’t get all the packaging but you do have to fluff the pillow. It doesn’t just expand on its own so fluff it up and let it sit for half an hour and it’ll be fine.

The packaging was excellent. After and hour or two they puffed out and I manipulated them a bit with my hands. The pillows had absolutely no odours or that new smell – neutral. We all tried the pillows and plan to order 4 more. They are soft to sleep and keep their shape…so far. They are a perfect fit for the queen size pillow cases that have that flap to tuck them in. We are pleased with this purchase.
