I love the convenience of having everything I need in one supplement for my morning workouts. The taste is fantastic, and it dissolves easily, even with a lot of powder in the water. The only downside is the small number of servings just 15 per container. While I don’t take it every day, it’s definitely designed for daily use, so the serving count feels a bit low. Great product overall, but I wish it lasted longer!

I absolutely love this pre-workout supplement from Sante. Very well designed, a brilliant cocktail of good ingredients that combine to give you a supplement that will deliver results. I won't waste your time listing the ingredients here (they are in the product description) but here's what I loved & didn't love about the product:
PROS:
– Excellent ingredients, full of what my body needs before a workout, Creatine, BCAAs, electrolytes, and more – and all delivered in appropriate doses to maximize results.
– PINEAPPLE FLAVOR IS AMAZING. I absolutely LOVE the taste, and it's not too sweet – just perfect!
– Large quantity, great value for money – container lasts a long time
– Sante is a brand I have used before, I am pleased with their overall quality – they make good stuff.
– NO CAFFEINE – Most pre-workouts are loaded with crazy levels of stimulants, and sometimes I want to workout later in the day when loading up on Caffeine is not a good idea – so it is wonderful to have a high-quality pre-workout I can take late in the day to get a great workout, maximize my results, and still be able to sleep at night!
– Packaging: No plastic!!! The container is a beefy cardboard material, but very strong. I like not having to consume more plastic for packaging.
CONS:
– Packaging: While the container is very well made out of a really durable/strong cardboard material, the lid has a thin metal foil liner to keep the contents fresh. This metal liner can often come unsealed, which isn't a big problem, it's easy enough to pop it back in place, but it's not a perfect design. I'm probably being picky here.
Overall: I'm absolutely LOVING the pineapple flavor, I feel the ingredients are truly boosting my results in the gym, I think this is a fantastic product – it is now my favorite pre-workout product on the market. Glad to give it 5-stars.

I predominantly enjoy workout powders because they generally do have a lot of benefits even though they differ in both quality of ingredients, and also how those ingredients can actually be a benefit to your daily workout experience.
In this case, SHOP SANTE offers an essentials performance powder called PERFORME+ that I have been very pleasantly surprised over, both in terms of what itemized ingredients were offered in the bucket, how entirely flavourful it was, but also how it can do what it does without over-stimulation products.
Such a welcome surprise too, as sometimes these powders can leave a terrible aftertaste or just not really suit my palette as much as I would prefer. You never really know for sure until you try it, so I tend to stick to the ones I know. I have not ordered other products yet from this brand, but I was tremendously pleased with this one.
Overall, I can highly recommend. This is a great value here at 40 powdered servings, and you can't go wrong with how it tastes. A nice boost in overall, good feeling post-workouts and just in general. I ordered the raspberry flavour, and it was just the right blend of tart and sweet to my taste buds. 5 stars.

taste was great and having multiple elements into 1 drink is incredible efficient. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the serving size is huge. Don’t be deceived by the pictures the container is larger than it appears and you only get 15 servings.

I've been trying out this all-in-one powder supplement after my workouts, and I have to say it's been a pretty good experience. The packaging is really cool, it's plastic-free and the carton is easy to use, although you have to be careful when opening it so you don't damage the sides. The ingredient list is impressive, with a lot of good stuff like creatine, citrulline, and cyclic dextrin. I've been mixing it with water and it dissolves really easily, no clumps or anything.
I'd give this supplement 5 out of 5 stars. The taste is okay, I had the strawberry watermelon flavor and it's not bad, but it's not amazing either. The best thing about this supplement is that it seems to be helping with my recovery after workouts. I feel like I'm less sore and I have more energy, which is great. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey, especially if you're taking it every day. But overall, I think it's a solid product that does what it's supposed to do. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good post-workout supplement, just be aware of the cost and make sure you're getting the most out of it.
