Huge fan of the normal hydration relyte so I was excited to try to boost version. Not bad enough that I can’t drink it but it definitely has a synthetic taste to it that I don’t like. The lemon lime flavour also doesn’t really come through, so flavour wise it’s not the best. Will just stick with the regular hydration flavours after this one is done. Also wish it wasn’t so pricey but you get what you pay for

You can get a great electrolyte like keto chow and put your own flavoring much cheaper. This is priced way too high. I liked it but it’s too pricey.
