tastes good, nice mix of amino acids and electrolytes. I like to mix my creatine and citrulline in with it. I tend to water it down a bit though because I do find it too sweet if I use only as much water as they say.

I know this will sound weird, but I have all my workout gear at home and had trouble with motivating myself to workout even with pre workout. Well let me tell you, since I got this I feel more motivated, I have more energy and feel stronger.
I might of had an magnesium defficit and this has some. Also b12 vitamins… I honnestly feel my energy level is better since I take this and also, amino acids and electrolytes are good for the body. Will keep purchasing this for sure!

Great tasting amino and electrolytes powder. Tastes like grape kool-aid which I love. Powder dissolves easily into water.

It tasted good. I didn’t really notice a difference but it wasn’t as sweet compared to other sugary drinks. It helped keep me hydrated but energy levels are still not noticeable, especially if you have PCOS like me. I’d refrain from buying it again though if you’re monitoring your blood sugar. Even if it tastes not too sweet, be careful it can spike your sugar level.
