After a few days of no increased urination or change to the swelling in my feet and ankles, I tried taking 4 and 4. Didn't increase urination, instead coming out as loose stools. Water retention has gone down a bit, but still present.

I love that within an hr you notice that it's working . I don't use these as directed. I use one every few days to reduce the water I am retaining from the heat and being more active in the summer. They work very well for me and recommend this product . I have used other brands and they don't work this well.

I used this product for a week before doing a photo shoot. Keep in mind, I had to diet for months and work out hard during those months to get ready for the event – that being said, once I started taking water tight, all excess water retention left my body, the definition of my muscles was greater while revealing some vascularity. Wonderful product! Many think they will take this and shred the weight, that’s not how diuretics work. This help with water retention and with this specific formula, it also helps keeping electrolytes balanced while getting rid of excess fluid in the body.

These pills actually work to get rid of the extra water weight that our bodies are always holding onto with regards to our diet. 3 pills x2 daily didn't work. But 8 pills a day did. Tried 10 pills that felt like too much water extraction was happening in my body. Could feel core getting slightly uncomfortablely tight at 10. When using 8 a day I noticed results at day 4-5, so if you want these to help you look good for a photo shoot you only need to use for 7 days before at most. You need to be jacked & lean already to see & feel these working. I am 100kg man below 15% bf. Also if you binge eat naughty food & are all bloated form doing that on the weekend as you normally eat real clean then you could use the for 4 days after that to get rid of that bloat & be at back being lean & sexy.
