Exactly what my training coach told me to buy. I’m on my first container. Got this brand bc of the reviews. Does it work? Hard to tell since I have a “cocktail“ of pills and vitamins to take, but so far, I’m down 20lbs, so I’ll keep up with what I’m buying to help me shed some lbs. I buy either tasteless or orange flavored, so perfect if you want to put it in your smoothies.

Although the orange flavour is more expensive (not sure why), I still buy it because I love the taste. I started using this product to hydrate and recuperate from workouts but I drink it every day now because it also helps protect the stomach lining and support the immune system.
