I ordered this to add more veggies to my diet and like that it's a convenient powder to add to smoothies but this is definitely not "unflavored". I would say it smells and tastes like alfalfa and no matter what I've added to the smoothies, the flavor comes through and it's hard to get down.
Also, don't be fooled by the huge packaging it comes in, this was about half full when I received it. Despite all of that I will continue to try it in smoothies and see if I can manage to mask the flavor with SOMETHING.. anything to get those extra veggies in!

I use to work in a supplement store and got to go to a free conference for appointments progressive – this brand does it best to give you quality. No protein tastes amazing, if it does it’s not the best one for you. I really recommend this one for maintaining health, and the vanilla you can easily incorporate into smoothies. Okay that being said, I just mix mine with water and it tastes fine.

Under herbs check that you do not have a condition contrary to their inclusion in your diet or food intake. That aside I like this in plain it can be added to other recipes like buiscuits for increased oils intake and little calorie boost for those whose bodies need a higher calorie diet or might be going through something.
I don't like the flavour to outright drink. But it can be mixed in with fruit or other items. You could make it as part of a soup or soup dumplings, bake in cakes or cookies, or breads. You can mix with ovaltine and a few other things. I think it's important in helping maintain proper health and body balance. Though they should consider a protien and non protien version. The protien free without the herbs. Or maybe they already have that. If your vegan or other diet you still get protien from that or protien if you use secondary nutrient shakes like boost complete with flax or vega. I just tried slimfast and probably unheated or unmixed with other items is why it's lumpy.
We need to also remember we do need some cholesterol and what they call bad fats. Nobody has done that in the market. While the products like yours are very good and quite complete. It was affected by our push to reduce certain types of fats and salts. As a result we have nutritional deficiencies in items deemed bad that are still needed by the body. We need to bring some back. Though they are used in other areas reserving just enough to improve things since we have reached world or large areas of effect with newer diets. We need the cholesterol it's like colostrum to an infant and we need a mild increase to daily salt intake and to bad fats for the body to have some balance and find whats natural. Our drive to reduce fats has made us overly slim or overwieght from other conditions due to such coverage and every now and then we need to rebalance systems for environment and new things that affect our health like age of young, old, or very active, and those sick or injured. This means electroytles sometimes also need adapted. But theres traces in the fats if they are rebalanced. Before we were unhealthy with too much, now it's a border on way too little. Hopefully we find balance soon.

I'm so happy with this protein powder. I cannot tolerate way. That's why I'm choosing the plant base. Not for any other reason. Really and I have no ill effects of this powder. It doesn't taste amazing, but it does. What I want it to do. It tastes pretty good, but I. Also feel so much better and satiated longer before I need to. Take in more calories.

Ok, let’s be real it doesn’t taste great but idc because it has more nutrients than I could ever want and I feel great when I take it.
