I've been using this protein powder for a few years and highly recommend it. The flavor is good, the texture is smooth not gritty or chalky at all! I prefer the chocolate or vanilla flavors and mix with almond milk or water, ice and PB or frozen fruit…. I always add either ice or frozen fruit, I think the extra coldness makes it better!

Have tried many other brands of protein and greens over the years but this is by far the best for me. This is an excellent blend of ingredients that keeps me satisfied until my next meal. I add a banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter along with frozen pumpkin or blueberries mixed with almond milk and pure unsweetened orange juice. Never chalky like other brands when mixed with an immersion blender. Amazon price is very good especially when using Subscribe and Save.

I have used 2-3 different All in One meal replacers till now before I got my hands on this product. But from the first use of it, it showed me the side effect where the chances of releasing more uric acid, although my water intake regularly is of atleast 4 liters. There is something serious wrong or I don't know about the product which is concerning me. I really need an explanation for this.

Not the most amazing taste in the world especially if you get unflavored, but it has everything in it I would never eat and I don't have to worry so much about taking multivitamins. Keeps you full for a long time. Great source of vegetarian protein.

i used to live in canada and this was the protein i used, bc it tasted great and had lots of vitamins mixed in. being back in the states i still feel like it's the best protein for me, so i continue to purchase it. well i ran out of my bottle and while waiting for the new one i ordered a us-based protein and a separate vitamins mix. not only do they require so much more product and have less servings for the price overall, they dont blend well and dont taste great. i kept having chunks that wouldn't dissolve even with my blending stick. on top of that, i kept having serious issues in the bathroom that were quite uncomfortable.
yesterday my new container of this protein was delivered, and i got to have it again today. id actually stopped taking my temporary mix, bc it was just so uncomfortable i was going to wait out the mail. this one tastes great mixed only with water. this one has all the nutrients in one. i do add an extra bit of greens (spirulina and chlorophyll, mostly bc i have the bag and i'm trying to use it up), and i add in a mushroom powder (freshcap is the best imo), as well as some collagen (neocell brand). all of these dissolve well and the tastes work well together, even if only mixed with water. where i spent all day trying to force myself through the other temp mixes, this is something i eagerly drink up.
even though my country is doing stupid things and messing with the trade networks, i will still find this product worth purchasing as it's the best choice for me overall from everything i've tried. it has so many good things in it and the few things i need or want to supplement additionally i am able to. the temp solution actually included versions of the things that i add on my own, but again- tasted horrible, didn't dissolve well, and had very hard digestive responses that i'm not interested in adjusting to.
chocolate progressive vegessentials all in one, while a mouthful to say or write, is definitely my go-to and i hope they keep making it and that it stays available to the us audience that knows it exists.
