This was recommended by my dentist because I am a mouth breather and my gums are "angry". Funny thing, I thought my gums were friendly. I dont know if it's working on my gums yet…. But it's definitely helped my GI tract. $1 a day, but dental bills and gum specialists would be much much MUCH more. Time to save my gums!

We liked them. Also tried Pro Dentim at the same time and would urge Amazon to carry the Pro Dentim. Our mouth felt cleaner after a month of use.
