I suffer from migraines periodically throughout the year, CoQ10 came up as a preventative supplement. I am using this product from a reliable Canadian brand that I already love from past purchases to see if it helps. I can't speak to it's efficacy yet, as it's a new purchase. But all of my previous purchases from PlantVital have been really excellent products. The price point is great for the number of capsules and the turn around was super quick. I would highly recommend PlantVital products and this product in particular already gives me peace of mind for my cardiovascular health and wellness. As well as checking another preventative box for keeping migraines at bay. Knowing migraines can be terribly difficult to pinpoint causes and triggers, I am happy to work towards a more natural preventative measure instead of spending hundreds of dollars on heavy medicines that dull the pain but don't treat the cause or keep them from happening in the first place. I am very happy with this new product thus far, and have zero regrets with my decision to support this company.

Before I was buying Swiss natural liquid gels of co enzyme q10. For the price and amount you get, I decided to try out this company.
I’m glad I made the switch.
As someone who has been diagnosed with ME/CFS, I find this brand actually helps with the muscle pain I get from PEM.
All around this is my top choice for Q10 supplement. I have done my research on the other brands to see mg and capsules, and for a higher dose this for me is the best option.
It’s Canadian and as mentioned above: it works way better than the previous brand I was using.

The product is not bad, however, the product does not say you need to take 2 pills a day for the whole dose when you purchase. It's misleading because the assumption is that you take one dose per day for the price point provided and used to compare to other vendors.
