Pro-collagen mutli-peptide Booster serum from Paula's Choice. Comes in a small, sealed diy box, where the bottle with the serum and the pipette are stored separately, so you'll need to open the bottle and insert the pipette. The bottle is a heavy ceramic type, containing 20 ml of water-based serum with glycerin humectant as the moisturizing agent to trap moisture in the skin. When choosing between glycerin or hyaluronic acid another popular moisture agent, glycerin seems to do a better job at adding and trapping moisture rather than just locking the moisture already present in the skin. Ingredient list looks good, there are lots of peptides, urea, extracts such as apple and probiotics. No added colorants or fragrance or essential oils used, which reduces any possible irritants for sensitive skin.
I found the product easy to use on my sensitive, rosacea prone skin. The pipette dispenses well, however the liquid is quite thick and sticky so the outside of the pipette comes out with some product and it may be harder to get all of it out once the bottle is almost empty. Potentially a pump design would have worked better. I tried it both after toning the skin as a step in the thinnest to thickest product application, as well as directly on the skin as a first step and in both cases no irritation and the product absorbed well. I do still find that with dry skin I need to add a moisturizer on top and the instructions suggest to add it to a moisturizer and follow up with sunscreen.
Great product, definitely quite expensive as most of Paula's Choice products are but a quality product that is hard to substitute with anything else and that provides that glass skin look.

This isn't a miracle serum and like all serums, they do take some time to work and sometimes you need to use it for 2-3 months to really see results. There's no scent with this serum and I love how smooth and moisturizing it actually is. When I apply it, I can understand why it helps with plumping and I see some minor results but it won't last unless you use it for a longer duration. I do find it a bit pricey but for collagen peptides and for targeting wrinkles and fine lines, that's kind of expected. I only have fine lines and I do see immediate plumping – but again, very little and I had to look kind of hard. You do need to use sunscreen (as you should daily anyway if you're going outside or if you have large windows in your house). For now, I quite like it and I use it more for a preventative measure. Might work better for those with deeper set wrinkles but it's a quality item!

This serum instantly makes my skin look and feel more plump and smooth. The consistency is thick but it absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn’t leave it feeling sticky. I can easily apply my makeup after using this product. I also like that it is fragrance-free. Although it’s on the pricier side, this is a skincare product that I think is absolutely worth it.
