The amount of sodium is too low for heavy sweaters. I like the taste of the pink lemonade as it is not overly sweet or over powering. The issue I have is, that no matter how much I mix it, it does not all dissolve. I am using a 600ml Woods metal container, and it always leaves stuff at the bottom no matter what, which means, I am not getting all of the nutrients etc into my system from the packets, the only way it all dissolves, if the water temperature is warm, and I do not like warm water. I have moved on to another product with higher sodium and potassium and that actually dissolves in cold water.

First the pros….Quality ingredients. I really appreciate the fact that there are no artificial sweeteners used. Convenience! So easy to just throw in your water bottle or in your lunchbox to mix up later. As far as any positive effect is concerned… I can’t really speak to that because I’m having a hard time drinking it.
I really wanted to like this…I was hoping it would be a better option than sugar free Gatorade. But honestly… I can barely get it down. At least, as far as the flavour I ordered is concerned (cucumber pear). The first few sips are OK and then it starts to taste like fish oil to me. I have no clue why, just judging by the ingredients. It also never fully mixes into the water, no matter how hard or how often I shake it.
I might try mixing it into a shake, just because I don’t want to waste them. Maybe in the future I’ll try another flavour… See if it’s any better. I see the other reviews saying they love the flavours so maybe it’s just this one. I don’t know. I definitely won’t be re-ordering this.
