The first one is very soft to the point that when I put my head on it, it disappears. To know if the problem is with what I received or if it is all like this, I hope to solve the problem. It was also written that I could choose the degree of hardness, but this did not happen. I have a problem in the neck and this increased the pain.

Had these pillows about a week and they’re as great as I hoped reading the product detail page. Looked at so many pillows and expected these to be the best choice. They seem bouncy and like they’ll keep their thickness. I think they’re a great deal and they’re more than worth it.

Gave this a 4 star for it works but still find doesn't help with all smells Windows very tiny , no fresh air comes in at all so smells get trap in here I have all 12 in living room, kitchen for that's where most of smell is Think it would do better in washroom

They have a very high loft which I love. Plus they are verysoft . sounds weird but its true. If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg for pillows then these age the ones you want

The media could not be loaded. These are great pillows to use as a sham pillow. It's not too firm but firm enough to stand the sham up nicely. If you like a medium firm pillow this would be a good pillow for you. I like my pillow soft and moldable, this is not. For the price you can't go wrong. I also bought pillow protector incase someone wanted to use this more firm pillow then what i have in my apartment.

Got four pillows and three of them were nice and fluffy. The fourth one I just opened yesterday and it’s terrible! Not much filling in that one. Warning: don’t wait like me in opening them do it as soon as you get it. I waited and now I can’t return!

It said medium firm. I think it's slightly on the soft side. Medium firm, I think should hold it shape a bit and not depressed as much your head is on its. It does bounce back to it shape quick. Overall it is well made and soft.
