These are quite pleasant tasting with quite a few essential vitamins. There should be no issue for most people with consuming these. I can't really say if it is helping my complexion but these are a good alternative to hard to consume pills.

I really love these Olly Flawless Complexion Gummies because they taste great and don’t repeat on me or upset my sensitive tummy. They are berry flavoured with a hint of mint which I didn’t think I would like but it is very refreshing and not as sickly sweet as some gummy vitamins I have tried in the past.
They contain vitamins A, D, E and B6 as well as black chokeberries which are high in antioxidant polyphenols and zinc. They also contain dandelion which is said to have major anti-aging benefits and detoxifying properties.
I like that they have no artificial colours or flavours, are gluten free and can be mixed with other Olly Gummy Vitamins (I take them with the Olly Womens Multi-Vitamin).
The only complaint I have is that they are very expensive. The bottle contains 50 gummies but you have to take 2 a day which leaves you with less than a months supply. If you are also taking a multi-vitamin as well, this can really add up! I think I would purchase them again, but only if they were on sale.

I really wanted to enjoy every vitamin gummie from this brand because their marketing in these products are very captivating.
My kids seem to like the children vitamins- immunity and multi/ probiotic. I enjoyed the adult probiotic (which is extremely tasty) and the one for promoting skin, nails, and hair growth.
Since I enjoyed those so much I purchased the flawless complexion vitamin- IT SMELLS AND TASTE SO BAD 🤦🏻♀️! It smells terribly chemical and tastes accordingly… I even gave it multiple chances by drinking or eating something before or after, and still the sme and taste is so off putting. The only way I can consume them is if I hold my nose and just breathe through my mouth while I eat them lol…
I hope this helps someone else because if I knew this ahead of time I never would have purchased these 🥲.

It could just be me, but I haven't noticed any change in my complexion after taking these for the full 25 days. It's possible that you're supposed to take them for longer, but in that case there should be more of them per bottle. They come with some vitamins that might be harder to obtain from the average diet, so that's a positive at least. Also, especially compared to the typical gummy supplement, these have a great taste.
