J'ai acheté ce produit pour mon père (95 ans) qui avait constamment la diarrhée. En 2 semaines, le problème était réglé alors que son CHSLD n'avait rien pu faire en 4 mois. J'ai commencé à l'utiliser pour, au contraire, de la constipation occasionnelle. J'ai été surprise que non seulement ça fonctionnait, mais me donnait l'impression d'un meilleur fonctionnement de tous mes intestins. Je recommande volontiers ce produit.
Et c'est une façon aisé de prendre des fibres et des oméga.
Pour le goût et la texture… je le prend plus comme un médicament: il se dissous facilement, je le prend dans un peu de café, de lait d'amande et mes protéines en poudre (1/2 tasse). Ce n'est ni bon, ni mauvais, tant pour le goût que la texture. Mais c'est vraiment efficace. J'en prends tous les jours.

My dr told me to take Metamucil daily, so instead I’ve been eating Nutracleanse since it too has psyllium husks, yet without any added sugar. Also, flax seeds in Nutracleanse probably do wonders for cholesterol levels.
I take about two tablespoons of Nutracleanse with warm lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning, not quite daily, and the anti-constipation effects are fantastic. I drink it fast because I don’t like it when it gets a mucous consistency, which is why I’ve stopped putting it in my oatmeal, but I used to like it that way so others might too.
Drink lots of water throughout the day, though, so all the fibre doesn’t back you up.

I’ve been looking for a good source of fibre and Omega’s in a packet like this for a while and this works like a charm! 3 scoops a day dissolved in your juice or drink of choice is all it takes to keep you regular and healthy. I haven’t found anything that works this well so go for it.
