Rooibos

Also called "Red Tea," rooibos is an herb indigenous to the Cederberg region of South Africa. Known for its calming effects, rooibos has a deep, earthy vanilla taste.

• Caffeine: None
• Brewing Instructions: For gentle ease, steep 5-6 minutes. Enjoy alone or with warm milk and honey. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.

How to Brew a Tea Latte

• 2 Tea bags
• 4oz Hot water
• 8oz Milk of choice
• Sweetener of choice

Steep the tea bags in 4oz hot water. Heat & froth the milk using a milk frother or blender. Add the sweetener to tea & top with warm, frothy milk. Alternately, you can skip step 2 & pour the latte over ice.
