Our nephew recommended this and his skin is so healthy looking. We have been taking 1 pill daily for a month and my wife's facial skin is starting to glow and my facial skin looks better as well. This amino acid is known to simulate HGH, ie human growth hormone, which declines as we age. It seems to give a boost.
p.s. I don't expect to be a pretty boy but the wife and I certainly want to look LESS OLD. :-)))

Using this to help prevent/slow down age related muscle wasting. It does seem to be helping. I use it in the morning and in the evening. I recommend trying this to see if it helps.
