My one star is solely based on the flavor being good.
I've been using this for days now, without noticing any benefits at all. I've even upped my intake to two scoops, and find no difference in my workouts compared to not taking it at all. I've use pre workouts before from other companies, and know what to expect. Unfortunately this one did not work for me at all.

I’ve had the blue raspberry, cherry lemonade and fruit punch. All are delicious and dissolve easily. I feel a difference when I workout right after taking a scoop of this. Highly recommend.

So, I took a step back due to an injury. Getting back into the gym after 5 months of PT, and didn't want to go straight back into psychotic. I will say. This paired with the other stim free has done me well. Don't plan on going back to psychotic at this moment. Gives you that boost during those lunch workouts, doesn't keep me up for those evening workouts. Definetly notice a good amount of stamina and endurance during the super sets. Highly reccomend for those looking at a budget preworkout. Flavor cherry limeade is pretty good. If you 2 scoop it, reccomend going with 16 oz of water as it's rather sour(which is ny fault for getting the limeade there tbh.) Mixes well, not too clumpy. Packaging had the scoop and a coupon for a free item too, so it's worth noting that!

The taste was great and the energy did not taper off abruptly. The overall effectiveness while lifting was evident during compound lifts and the jitters were not too bad. This is subject to individual caffeine tolerance though. Weight loss is something I didn’t account for however the creatine content doesn’t seem to be enough to cause a noticeable amount of water retention.

The taste is good, way better than most without tasting like candy or chemicals. It mixes well even without a blender ball or anything – just cold water and maybe some ice cubes.
