The ingredients are pure (blanched organic almonds) and the jar size is substantial. The concentrate is rich and creamy and only needs a gentle stir before using. The aroma is pleasant as well. I bought this as a coffee creamer, and I read the product description carefully before purchasing. The label says add 2 tablespoons in coffee. However, as with all store-bought almond milk brands I've tried, there is separation similar to curdling, and specks and swirls float around. It just doesn't blend. I've tried putting the concentrate in first, adding a little coffee and stirring to temper the mixture before adding the rest of the coffee. Again, within seconds, the coffee and milk separated. I have also had two different coffee blends knowing some coffee has more acid than others. Didn't work. Some people may find a use for the product, so I don't want to be too harsh, just know in advance its limitations, and if you want to use it as a coffee creamer, it most likely won't work.

You can see in the image that the black strip is not ripped but the jar is leaking. I would love to try this product but there's no way I'm going to try it in this condition.
