I had severe GERD for over 10 years. I tried everything from natural homemade fixes to over the counter medications and nothing worked. I eventually got on an omeprazole regimen from my doctor. I was on it longer than I wanted to be and wanted to get off of it. In comes this product. I don't know exactly how or why but THIS WORKED MIRACLES! I was using about 6 a day at first, two after each meal, and it worked fast to relieve the symptoms, but they came back with each meal. With daily use for about a month though, eventually my GERD issues become less and less until one day I didn't even have to take these anymore! I still take two occasionally on flare ups, but only maybe once a week. I think the active ingredient in it did indeed strengthen my system. Amazing product that I am so grateful for!

Taken as directed this will be the one of the most disgusting things you'll ever ingest. Wish I could say it was worth it but its about as effective as TUMS – at 10 times the price. I do not recommend.

Like these better than many OTC ones like Gaviscon. I use both. These are good, don’t taste too bad but you still need to drink a glass of water with them as they can leave little bits and pieces in your mouth sometimes.

I am very confused because the US upper limit for magnesium intake from supplements is 350mg per day. One tablet of these has 180mg of magnesium carbonate. It says it provides 50mg of magnesium but it isn't clear if one should consider the lower figure or the higher one for the maximum daily allowed. I'm inclined to go with the 50mg which means up to 7 tablets per day, but it's clear as mud.
