Love the variety of vitamins et al. within this product. It was recommended to me by a doctor friend to help with my health journey. Only downside is there is a little bit of a flavour to it that I'm not completely fond of.

It has all the bases covered but it has MALTODEXTRIN which is worse than sugar itself. For this reason i REFUSE to buy it again. DO BETTER!
*EDIT* i got a message from this seller a week ago asking me if i wanted a refund and of course i said YES (because i wanna buy a MUCH healthier multivitamin) and they proceeded to ask me all these-silly questions about the lot# on the side of the bottle etc. and then they proceeded to tell me they use the highest quality ingredients BLAH BLAH and its all FDA approved MORE BLAH BLAH BLAH. I said i don’t care because the product is ruined as soon as you add MALTODEXTRIN to anything. That’s the reality. Just started taking these vitamins will have to take for longer to see the benefits, but they’re very easy to swallow Keep them in your mouth for 10 seconds with water then swallow they do have a slight taste but nothing you can’t handle great price for a four month supply definitely Think it’s worth a try

Its taken a long time to find a vitamin with everything in it that I wanted, but this one checks all the boxes. Plus it has whole foods in it which I really like unlike synthetic vitamins which I don't think are healthy at all.
I've only been on them for a week but I'll give it a two month try and see what happens. For the past fourteen years I wasn't able to take vitamins due to a health issue but am now allowed. So I am very happy to give these a try.
They aren't too large, so swallowing is easy and its only once a day with a meal.
On the bottle they are listed in mg/mcg but online there is a list of the daily value, so I printed that off to keep as a reference, otherwise it would take a lot of research to see what each one is. Most of the vitamins are100 percent DV, which I think it excellent.
