The price and dosage here is very close to other best-selling K2+D3 supplements, most of which seem to have standardized on selling 120mcg of K2 (MK7) & 25mcg of D3 for $0.12 CAD per capsule. So there's really nothing too special about this particular formulation.
Other top-selling K2+K3 supplements, for the same price-per-capsule also use coconut oil as a carrier for better absorption, as Vitamin K and Vitamin D are both fat-soluble. The label for this product only says "medium chain triglycerides" instead of listing coconut oil explicitly, but I'm going to assume it's still coconut oil regardless – so that's good. I also appreciate that the capsules use beeswax and lecithin too.
I do wish that this had a higher dosage of D3 though. If you look at the research for vitamin D and preventing serious illness (or just look at what dosages doctors take for themselves in private), the 'daily recommended value' is pitifully low and everyone *easily* needs 6x more vitamin D than what is included here. So it would've been nice to see 5000 IU (125mcg) of Vitamin D3 here instead, like some pricier K2+D3 combo products do.
Overall, the ingredients here are clean and it's competitively priced with other K2+K3 supplements. There's nothing special about it, and I would only buy this if this happens to be the lowest possible price you can find.

Natto Bean is apparently a good source
Recommended dose at 1/day is about a year’s supply, which is extremely great value

The soft gels go down smooth like you’d expect.
