I am glad that some people have been helped with this, but it is definitely not for everyone. I took one yesterday and suffered from awful intestinal pain and an astounding amount of gas, lasting for hours. I am still feeling a bit knocked out today. I looked up the possible side effects this morning, and they are exactly what I had last night. I wish I had the sense to do that before I took that one little devastating capsule. Please be careful if you tend to be sensitive to some supplements, as I am.

One pill a day Monday through Thursday in the morning works well for memory support but especially for critical thinking and focus. Totally skeptical at first, but after about a week it really helps. I stop taking it on the weekends to try to prevent building up tolerances. Easy to tell after a few days to a week goin off it what the difference is.
