I am a very picky eater and started taking this to ensure I'm getting a bit more nutrients from greens then my normal diet provides. I feel like it helps kickstart my day. I do 15ml each morning and refill the little included cup twice with water all into one glass to drink so it's not as strong of a taste and I have no problems with how it tastes. I was a user of this for years. However, my recent purchases have been returned – smelled and tasted like mold and dirt. FYI – there was a recent change in packaging where an additional label was added. Coincidence? I'm not sure but may be it is.

I've only been using this product since Oct. I know for anything to happen to your body or any type of benefit you have to use a product for over 6 months.
I take 15ML a day. I don't feel nauseous like other reviewers, but I do get like a boost of energy for a good 4 hours. I'm really not taking it for energy Per say.. I'm taking it for the benefit of getting my green intake. I'm like a child when it comes to eating vegetables, so I thought this would be a good way to get my daily in take of vegetables. (hopefully) It also doesn't taste gross and has a mild mint taste. It does turn your teeth dark green and your poop also turns the very dark green color to match the green liquid haha. Just thought I should share that small detail haha.
I'm going to place another order today. It only lasted me 2 months at 7 days a week.

I have been on this every day for nearly a month. I don't like the flavor but I just don't like mint. That being said it doesn't have an over-powering flavor and it goes away quickly.
