Thing is, this vitamin is subtle, so if you ask me is it effective, I have no idea. But I take it faithfully each morning as part of a bone building/strengthening regimen. This vendor met all my criteria for the product, including a reasonable price point, so as my bottle of 100 capsules was down to fewer than a dozen left, I decided to proceed in Faith that they're contributing to my objective – I reordered a second bottle. I guess I'll know after my next scan in 2025. Until then, I choose to believe it's helping me and my bones to get stronger.
