Ever since reading Rheaume-Bleue's Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox, I've been using K2 as daily supplements. This product is my new favourite because the price is just so competitive with other brands. It is definitely cheaper than what you can get at a local shoppers drug mart.
The pills are oil based so they make it easier for the body to absorb. It's the MK-7 strain of K2 rather than MK-4 so that means it has a longer shelf-life. The pills are also pretty small so they're easy to swallow with no weird taste or smell. They're perfect for the entire family so that way calcium in the body goes to where it is actually needed rather than arterial plaque or dental plaque.

The main thing about vitamin D3 is that you need K2 or it doesn't metabolize properly. This is a good combination that I've had reliably delivered as part of 'subscribe and save' for three years now, something that I can't say so many supplements purchased via 'subscribe and save'. The gel caps are tasteless and easy to swallow, or, for the adventurous, chew the capsule and find out why you're not supposed to do that.
