We are big fans of caramelized onions, and these flatbreads (crackers) do not disappoint in the taste department. They have just the right amount of flavor, and are tasty enough to be enjoyed on their own. The main ingredient is oat, but they taste more like a multi-grain cracker with a really nice caramelized onion flavor. We have tried many gluten-free crackers in the past, and these are definitely among the best for both taste and texture.
They are slightly thicker than a standard saltine cracker, and have a nice texture—not too dry or crumbly, breaking apart rather than snapping apart. As these are quite large, they do tend to break more easily coming out of the package if you’re not careful.

We don’t eat a gluten-free diet, but try to limit the amount we consume, opting for gluten-free products if they are good. I’m glad both of my kids love them because I feel they are a healthier snack option. Our favorite way to eat these is with caramelized onion hummus. So yummy!! I definitely recommend trying them that way!
Overall, I’m a big fan of these flatbreads. They are really tasty, even compared to wheat based crackers. I would recommend giving them a try! 😊

These crackers are a nice quick snack, but make sure you have some water on hand. These will dry you out similar to a salted cracker.
