It is super easy to use…just measure and cut to fit…remove the paper to reveal the adhesive and stick to the surface. I live in an old house and we get drafts through the bedroom window. I put this around the inside frame, closed the window, and it works great! It stopped the cold winter air flow through the window completely! This is definitely worth the price!
