If you're shopping around for face serums, please be aware that this is 10% Niacinamide & that is considered a high concentration.
Google tells me that there is no evidence to show that a higher concentration beyond 2.5-5% of Niacinamide provides greater results.
If you have sensitive skin, or are new to Niacinamide, it's generally recommended to start with a lower concentration & gradually increase if your skin agrees.
My only suggestion / concern is that while all of the benefits are listed under the products description, this important information is not.
This is a strong & pricey product. I really feel all relevant information should be listed (-1star)
Sellers pictures suggest to use twice in layers.
For me personally, a little bit goes a long way with this highly concentrated serum.
I have sensitive skin so I'm starting slow with a thin layer.
I double cleanse, use a toner & then apply a small amount of the serum to my face & neck. It's scent free & dries quickly. I finish by using my every day moisturizer.
I'm on day 2 & it has made my skin feel a bit irritated & a little red. This is why I recommend starting slowly with a very thin layer if you have sensitive skin like me.
If I had purchased this type of serum, I'd opt for 5% but I'm going to use this while I have it. It's not a harsh reaction. I just feel I have to slowly build a tolerance to it.
I'm a Niacinamide newbie & I've heard great things. For the price of this tiny bottle I truly hope to see some results in the future with continuous use. But for now, slow & steady wins the race. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I haven't been using Mito:ON brand of Niacinamide serum for very long. I have tried other Niacinamide serums but not at this higher strength. I really like how my skin responded to it so I was happy to try the higher strength.
I was already impressed by the Mito:ON Niacinamide serum description page. It's incredibly comprehensive & detailed. I wish all product pages were like this: so carefully detailed, with lots of information about the product & how it works. It makes it clear about the price point & why it's justified. There's nothing I could add as far as information re. the product is concerned that hasn't been covered already.
It comes in a brown glass container which helps protect the product from degradation. It's called an "ampoule" which it really isn't. Ampoules are generally glass & sealed at both sides, & the only way to open them is to break one side of the glass vial or capsule. This product comes in a brown glass jar/bottle or container with a pump mechanism of getting the serum out.
I appreciate the pump which allows you to add layers to the product as suggested. I love the feel of the serum, its viscosity & the quick absorption rate. I also like that there's no scent attached to the product. I enjoy the way my skin feels following application.
I look forward to using this product for a longer period of time. I don't feel it's fair to make judgements on its efficacy after using it for such a short period of time. These serums regardless of their strength require time & dedication to using the product as suggested by the manufacturer over the course of time to begin seeing a difference. If someone is looking for something to work overnight then this isn't the right product for them. However, I do expect to see a difference based on my past experience with using Niacinamide before only at a lower strength & not nearly the extras that this product has. I mean this is jam packed with everything!!
Once I've been using it for a while, should I find something to remark on I'll be back to share whatever it is regardless of whether it's good or bad.
The Star rating is based on my present short term usage of the product so are subject to change. There are 5 stars of Scent but only because there is no scent. Value for Money also gets 5 stars based on the present but is also subject to change.
Good luck with your decision & your skin!

So far, I like this serum. My skin, in general, seems to like Niacinamide. Niacinamide tends to help with the texture of my skin, I think…It makes my skin smoother-looking…But that takes consistent use over a long period of time. As with any beauty product, it takes consistency and patience before you’re going to see conclusive results. (Give it at least a month, if not longer to start seeing visible results.) I haven’t used this particular product long enough to speak to its effectiveness just yet. I just wanted to start off by speaking to how my skin takes to Niacinamide treatments (I’d been using First Aid Beauty’s “Facial Radiance Niacinamide Dark Spot Serum”), in general.
That said, I’m enjoying this serum. I use a couple pumps, spread onto my skin…Let dry…and then do a couple more pumps before finishing off with my regular face moisturizer. The serum goes on smoothly and spreads nicely. So far, it hasn’t gotten as thickly sticky or as gunky as another niacinamide product that I use does in the bottle, and I appreciate that. The amount in the bottle seems more generous, as well. I like the consistency of the clear serum.
This doesn’t have any obnoxious odors that stand out. There’s a slight pleasant scent to it, at first, but that quickly dissipates…
So far, I’m liking this serum. The packaging is good, too. I like that this comes in pump form as opposed to dropper form. I find the pump easier to use. (The dropper form of another well-known niacinamide product I use is annoying and becomes difficult to use toward the end of the bottle…It doesn’t suck up or distribute as much serum as I need and wastes some of it.)
It also has a cap included to protect the pump. I don’t necessarily need the cap when I’m just keeping this on my countertop at home, but if you’re keeping this in a makeup case (e.g., because you’re traveling), it comes in handy.

The media could not be loaded. Serum was half gone all package was soaking wet.
I really wanted to try this serum but had to return looking at prices point with half serum gone i had to start return label.

This serum really brightens the face, makes it plump and absorbs quickly. Also, since it’s just niacinamide so will not adversely react under sun rays. What else can I ask for. Came to know another serum from Soo beauty YouTuber. It’s a treasure find for me!! ♥️♥️
just my honest opinions (verified owner) –
This doesn't work nearly as well as the product they discontinued, which was a 10% niacinamide firming lotion. They got rid of that and the ingredients in this one don't soak into the skin as well. It feels sticky. Please bring back to the firming lotion.
just my honest opinions (verified owner) –
When I get skin care products to review, I usually focus on ingredients, and whether I have any negative reactions to them because it's impossible to say which of the 8-10 products I use daily is responsible for the improvements (if any). Likely it's a combination anyway. So I focus on the SCIENCE of the ingredients.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to know what exactly is in this stuff. I found this in the listing (which I will comment on below) but I can't find anything about any of the "non-active" ingredients. I even went to the web page which interestingly has all the main header links in English but all info is in Korean. IMO items of this kind that don't have ingredients listed in English shouldn't be allowed to be sold in the USA. It's bad enough that the cosmetics industry has such a grip on politics that many products have toxic ingredients….but at least if they are listed on the bottle, I can make an informed choice to not purchase them. I'm a Massage Therapist so I care about what I put on my skin.
"Key Ingredients: Niacinamide/Centella Asiatica Extract/Propolis Extract/EGFs(Epidermal growth factor)/Volufiline/ubiquinone/resveratrol/Vitamin C, E"
So – going on these ingredients, this stuff should be great.
10% Niacinamide is on the high-normal end. Otherwise known as Vitamin B3, Niacinamide helps the skin to retain moisture and minimizes the appearance of enlarged pores and improve rough, textured skin.
Centella Asiatica Extract (Aka Pennywort) Helps to support the skin’s natural barrier, provide antioxidants to the skin and protect the skin from damage.
Propolis extract is produced from Bee propolis…a sticky substance that is used in the hive by bees. Propolis is said to kill most strains of anaerobic bacteria (aka acne)
EGF's – Growth factors, also known as cytokines, are naturally occurring proteins capable of stimulating cellular proliferation and cellular differentiation. EGF plays an important role in the regulation of cell growth, cell proliferation and differentiation
Volufiline supposedly makes your skin elastic and helps reduce wrinkles by increasing fat cell between wrinkles. This is one I question as far as the claims as I don't know the science behind it but supposedly it is also used in breast enhancements. Things that make you go hmmmm.
Ubiquinone (aka CoQ10) is the precursor for Ubiquinol, which is the reduced form. Ubiquinol is better than ubiquinone for bioavailability so not sure how much this ingredient does for skin health.
Resveratrol fights aging, protects the skin, and improves the overall appearance of skin. Great for sun damaged skin.
So, all in all, this is probably a decent-to-good product and I'd probably give it 5 stars if I knew what ALL the ingredients were. Your milage may vary 🙂

I like this serum, but I could not find any information in English on what exactly the ingredients were.
That's not a huge problem, unless you are sensitive or allergic to a specific thing, in which case you are going to need to be cautious when trying it the first time.
Assuming you do not mind that oversight, this is nice.
It goes on like a classic serum, drying quickly to a matte finish.
I personally could not detect any fragrance, so it's either unscented or close.
Mine cam in a pump dispenser, which helps prevent spills and control how much you apply each time; while keeping the product itself free from contaminants.
Using this for about a week, my skin does feel softer.
Overall, I do like this serum and would recommend it as a nice alternative to traditional lotions.

I got this serum for skin texture improvement. I have mature, dry, cranky skin. The texture is all over the place. Patches of extra dry, flakes, and even oily patches. Mito-on has helped.
My skin is still dry and cranky, but the overall texture in the past month has improved significantly. Best of all, and this was a bit of a surprise, a couple of red spots remaining from prior zit volcanos have finally started to fade! I've gotten several different products to target that specific issue since they're pretty noticeable on my fair skin, and none of them worked. This one did! It had just the right amount of ingredients in the right proportions for my particular issue. Skin care can really be a crap shoot; what works for one person doesn't always work for another; especially for the same complaint.
This Mito-on serum also plays well with the other products I'm using. It does have Oligopeptides (EGF) so it only goes on my face since I have psoriasis elsewhere. If you have psoriasis, skin cancer, or other skin issue, please keep in mind that EGF's will also multiply bad/unwanted skin cells as well as good ones.
The ingredients in this serum are really wonderful. There is probably something in there for everyone. Plus it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. Super pleased with this affordable serum.
