What are the reported side effects of taking MIGRAINE GUARD? The most common side effect of MIGRAINE GUARD is bright yellow urine, this is due to the body processing Riboflavin and is harmless. In a very small number of instances, very rare cases of diarrhea have been reported in very sensitive patients with intestinal disorders or people with intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) damages. For these rare cases, dose adjustment is the solution.

I recommend this product. I just finished first three months of using this supplement.
During this period I started to track my headaches to understand the impact of it better.
Within last 90 days I still got headaches 10 times. Most of them were much less severe from those that I am used to, It never ended up to have major headache. (I usually take two Advil 400 when the headache triggers. During this period for at least 7 of 10 headaches I just got one Advil to relief the pain)
The product suggests that you will feel the difference after first three months of use.
It did not have any side effect on me (which was very important for me). The only thing you will notice is urine color turns more yellow or orange.
I take one capsule in the morning after my breakfast and one at night before go to sleep.
I am also satisfied with customer service and fast delivery.

I have suffered from chronic headaches tension and migraine for 12 years and i just found this product about 6 months ago. I would say this works better than any headache medication I’ve ever used. I take this just as the directions say, 1 in the morning and 1 at night and I have noticed a huge difference! I still get headaches sometimes but I find they don’t last as long and are more easily managed.

– I’ve been taking the migraine guard for about 2 and a half months now. I have noticed a decrease in migraines as well as a reduction in the number/severity of headaches. I try to take around the same time and with food to ensure it doesn’t upset my stomach.
Con:
– price is a bit expensive for how quickly you go through the pills. However, I will continue to purchase if it means way less migraines!

This product worked wonders for me when it was in the clear, bright yellow capsule. I’ve since only received bottles that have the white capsule and unfortunately my migraines came back. I opened a white capsule to compare the colour with the clear it’s definitely not the same bright colour. I’m wondering if there has been a formula change?

This is maybe my 4th bottle of this stuff and I thought it was great but recently my bottle's pills came an off-white instead of the typical yellow. I reached out to the company to ask why there was a change. I was sent a link to their website that did not explain why this changed. Amazon asked me if that answered my question and I said no it didn't and explained why. It just makes sense that you should be able to answer why there is a change in color as simple as not using a dye or change of ingredient. I am unsure if it was a language barrier or not. For this reason, I won't continue to purchase as I question the quality. I am unsure if it was even helping as I still have 15+ migraines a month and started prescriptions.
