The b vitamins are nice and calming and the rest of the vitamin content is great for skin as well as general health. I don't have any stomach irritation when I take these and I love that they are from a whole food source.
Those who found that the Skin 2 formula doesn't have the same effect as the Skin 1/original–take a look at the ingredient list, the previous formula included some hormone balancing ingredients that you can easily find in many other Women's Hormone supplements.

Product arrived broken – glass was smashed at the top and the bottom and there were little shards mixed in with the supplements. It is not eligible for a return/refund which is disappointing.
