Awesome product for a good price, low profile can be worn under clothing without anybody taking notice. With a few weeks of daily use (I use as an elbow pad on a glass top desk as I don't have the option to use arm rests) the hexagon piece of foam at the point of the elbow is worn out, but the surrounding hexes are still provide a good measure of protection/comfort after about a year of use. My only qualm would be that the lettering/logo on the items came off (as little black flakes) with only minor use of the product (I prefer it without the lettering anyway, but McDavid should have thought of a better method of branding the item if they wanted to be recognized, which they should, cause it's a good product.).

Super light and low profile. Definitely take your measurements and go up a size, I wear them at work kneeling on concrete. Hopefully they last. These replace my old jujitsu pads, which I would buy again if I could find them.

I ordered this to dance with and do floor work. This definitely protects your knees and absorbs shock for when you go down on your knee. And it is comfortable because the shapes on the knee pads conforms to your knee and moves with it. As for the sturdiness of the fabric, I shall see. But I have had a pair similar to this in another color and those have lasted awhile. I just don't go crawling around on concrete. I don't think it can withstand that. Also, I am 140 pounds, medium built woman (not super skinny, just a little muscular) and the knee pads in medium fits me just right and snug (I like it snug so it is secure). I think if I was any heavier or bulkier in stature, I would have to order a large.

I love the knee pads and they work well for basketball. Then I ordered the and XL, nope too small, cutting off blood circulation. Ordered the XXL, Voila! If the knee pad fits great in the mid knee area. They have a great return policy, full refund of total price paid, no restock fee bs. Returned the large and xlarge, no issues. I recommend they update their sizing chart.
