Do not expect this to completely change your life. You need to incorporate it into a healthy lifestyle change.
However, I do really believe it helps with everything in our bodies. Since taking this for the last week I have noticed a decent amount of energy and changes to my general health. Next time we order though it will be the powdered form offered on their website, as this one is just a tad pricey… Even with a coupon we received.

I know it says on the listing.. so should have read more carefully, but even still, 30 tiny, dinky little capsules could have been packaged in something the size of a thumbtack. They send you this container that could fit probably 400 of these pills.. and yet there's just 30 rolling around in the bottom. Just not worth the money at all. Wanted to support this Canadian company but.. sorry..
