Feeling lots of energy and able to lift more for sure. My only criticism would be the flavor. That goes for all of these sports supplements. Sugary flavors are what caused the epidemics of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. And then adding garbage artificial colors as well? Come one. Make my supplements taste like steak or chicken. I want to feel like my workout is somehow related to hunting and animal food food like the old days not like I'm eating cake.

Only reason why I’m giving this pre workout a 3 star is because it easily irritates your throat when you open the container and scoop some out. It’s a very fine powder consistency that gets into the air and unfortunately starts making you cough if you end up accidentally inhaling it.
I’ve tried numerous pre workouts in my time and this is by far the only one that I’ve ever had this kind of issue with.
Does it make it bad? No, not really. But if you’re going to purchase it, be very careful when you’re opening the container and scooping out the powder. I would go as far to say cover your mouth and nose before using it.

Flavor is good, price is good and the product works as it's supposed too as far as giving you energy…BUT…since I started taking It I have felt like I had concrete in my belly. I didn't associate this to the pre workout at all. For the last 2 months the feeling hasn't gone away and a bit after I take it I'm burping like I'm getting paid for it every day. Still didn't make any connections because I have taken pre-workouts and creatine for so many years. One day I started eliminating things in my diet to try to figure out the problem. Long story short it was this pre-workouts. As soon as I stopped using this stuff my problem was completely gone. If you try it and you start having a similar issue, it's this stuff for sure. In all my years I've never experienced anything like it with such a product. So that's all I have to say about that.
