I was skeptical when I bought it. But I get such severe extremely painful cramping in my leg muscles particularly, that I am desperate to try anything if it will help! Well, I used it and YES! It did help! I still took my medication but this spray helped very quickly to help until my meds could ‘kick in’. It seemed to help calm the muscle. I have found that you need to apply it directly over the exact muscle that is the culprit, or as in my case all the muscles. But within a minute or two (when in pain it feels a lot longer) it starts working! That is a LOT faster relief than any other product or method I have tried in the past. So yes, I do recommend you give it a try. It won’t hurt you and just might help take the hurt away!
I used it on my hands too when they cramp and lock into weird contortions – and it definitely helped.

The thought never crossed my mind that the product ordered would leak in the packaging and onto the other products I ordered in the same shipment. I lost a good third from this bottle of spray. I won't be ordering this as spray again online.

The bottle was leaking and the packaging was very cheap and had holes in the bag. The lid was off and looked like it had been tampered with. Would not trust to use this.

I swear by this product! Yes it stings at first but that means that your body is absorbing it!
I use for muscle soreness, cramps in my legs and hands, and occasionally as a deodorant.
Before bed, i spray some on my feet and legs, then rub it in, yes it stings a bit and is sticky- your body is absorbing it- no crampy legs at night and a guaranteed restful sleep. I use this daily and have recommended it to friends and family who have also found it useful.

I never realized how much I needed this until I used it. My arms were extremely sore after cleaning walls for hours. I put some on (maybe a little too much) and felt some tingling. I left it on about 15 minutes then wiped it off. The muscle pain was GONE!! I was in tears before!
