How to Take Lypo-Spheric Supplements (verified owner) –
A number of reviewers have pointed out how this gel doesn’t mix well – it actually isn’t supposed to. The manufacturer’s website specifically instructs consumers not to mix or stir this product as that breaks down the liposomes encapsulating the Vit C. If not entact, the liposomes can’t protect the Vit C from ones digestive system, which means the Vit C won’t get delivered to the cells. (Also, don’t add the gel to a hot beverage, as heat also damages the liposomes.)
The gel has to be squeezed into a glass (preferably a shot glass) with just an ounce of water, absolutely no stirring, & then just gulped down in one go.
As for the taste, it isn’t bad when gulped down quickly, so I don’t actually mind it. Besides, I don’t think liposomes can taste good without adding flavouring to the product, & I like the fact that there aren’t any additives.
Value for money is excellent for such a high-quality non-GMO product.
If you don’t wish to consume the whole packet at once, you can place the opened packet in an airtight plastic bag & store it in the fridge for up to 24hrs (do NOT place in freezer).

This form of vitamin c is absorbed better and will provide maximum health benefits. You can actually make your own lypospheric C fairly easily but if like me you don't have the time or don't want to bother, this is the best product on the market.
The taste is okay but the product itself is slimy. This is just the nature of lypospheric vitamin c which is vitamin mixed with oil in suspension, and not the fault of this manufacturer. It's a bit like swallowing phlegm so this is not for the squeamish but if you mix it really in water it isnt so bad. The health benefits are worth it.

The media could not be loaded. This is quality, and effective….and quality and effective comes with a price. Winter (flu) in Canada is no joke! Doing my part, and my immune system will do the rest. ….hopefully if I get a cold/flu it won’t last long….which happened not too long ago, and in two days I was back to normal. Taking zinc/vitamin D also is a HUGE help!

Was eating a cheap vit c . Very healthy since many many years. Could not stomach the taste anymore and decided to switch to that one. I got a flu like bad! Maybe was Covid . Two days after I started this vit C. My young adults kids stayed on the other one energen-c something like that peach mango. They got nothing . I got hit like really hard .
