I gave these 4 stars because it's great value, and seems like a pretty pure product. They taste pretty good too. The reason I bought drops as opposed to tablets is because I know that I have a very sensitive nervous system, so wanted to start with a few drops and increase gradually to the recommended dosage. By day 3, even at still a small fraction of the dosage, within 10 min of taking the drops, I began to develop terrifying Parkinson's – like tremors in my hands and feet and weakness and shakiness in the rest of my body that lasted all night, the next day, and into the following night. Thankfully, I woke up that following morning without them, but the weakness in my muscles persisted throughout the day. It was truly terrifying! I googled it right after starting with the symptoms and read that it is a rare side effect, but would wear off with time. I was able to return it without issue and will never, ever take it or anything similar again.

My friend suggested to give my kids melatonin when they’re refusing to sleep. It’s a natural product that helps them tire out. It taste great, good value but only worked on 2/3 kids. That’s not so bad but I was routing for 3 kids to be sleeping. Don’t judge me, I bought this to help my kids ease down and sleep on our international plane trip.
